The terms on which StackRelay Savings Planning provides consultation sessions. Read before booking.
These terms set out the basis on which StackRelay Savings Planning Co., Ltd. provides individual financial-planning consultation sessions focused on home-purchase savings and affordability planning. By confirming a session, you accept these terms.

The service
The service is individual consultation. A session is a working meeting in which a consultant and you review your household income, savings, and home-purchase target, and produce a written summary of the affordability math and the next step. The service is advice and planning only.
What the service is not
The service does not include arranging loans, submitting applications to banks, recommending specific apartments or developers, managing your money, holding your funds, or giving tax advice. We do not act as an intermediary in any transaction. Where tax, legal, or loan-specific advice is needed, we will tell you to consult a licensed professional in that field.
Booking and confirmation
A session is booked only after you send a request through the contact form or by email, receive a proposed time and fee in writing, and reply to confirm. Until you confirm, no session is scheduled and no fee is owed.
Fees
The price of a session is a flat amount, stated in writing before booking — never a cut of your savings, your income, or any future home price. The exact figure and commercial terms are sent to you before you commit; until then, no amount on this site should be read as final. See the refund policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your income, savings, and target home. A session's output is only as good as the inputs you bring; we cannot verify your figures independently. You remain responsible for any decision you make about a home purchase, a loan, or a savings product, including decisions taken after a session.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may move a confirmed session to another date at no cost if you ask more than a full day before the start. Inside that window, the fee is charged as set out in the refund policy. If we must cancel a session, you may choose between a full refund and a rescheduled time at no extra fee.
Confidentiality
Information you share in a session is used only to prepare and run the session and to write the summary, as described in the privacy notice. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The written summary you receive after a session is provided for your personal use. You may not resell it or redistribute it. Material on this website — text, layout, and images — is owned by StackRelay Savings Planning or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is planning advice. We do not guarantee any specific loan approval, home price, or savings outcome, because these depend on factors outside our control — bank policy, market prices, interest rates, and your own circumstances. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the session in which the issue arose.
Governing law
These terms and any session are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with competence over Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Changes to these terms
When these terms are revised, the date below moves with them. The version that governs a session is the one in force on the day you confirmed the booking.
