Services
Individual consultation sessions, each one scoped to a single question about your home-purchase savings path.
The work here is consultation, not intermediation. We do not sell insurance, arrange loans, or take commission from any bank, developer, or product provider. You pay for the session; the only thing we owe you during it is an honest read of the numbers.
Session types
Baseline session — the first session. We set your target home, stress-test the loan ceiling your household can carry under current LTV and DSR rules, and turn the gap into a monthly savings amount and a timeline. You leave with a one-page written summary and one next step.
Tracking session — a follow-up, typically every three to six months. We hold the numbers from the baseline up against what has actually happened since — savings, income, and any rule or rate moves — and shift the timeline where it needs shifting. The aim is to spot drift early, not to resell you anything.
Decision session — a single-session booking for a specific crossroads: a unit you are seriously considering, a job change, a household income shift, or a move between loan products. We work the affordability math for that one decision and write down whether it holds.
What a session does not do
- We do not recommend specific apartments, developers, or real-estate agents.
- We do not submit loan applications on your behalf or talk to banks for you.
- We do not manage your money, hold your funds, or take power of attorney.
- We do not give tax advice; we flag where a tax professional should be consulted.
How sessions run
Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, held at our Songpa-gu office or online. The fee for a session is quoted by email when we confirm the booking; it is a flat session fee, not a percentage of your savings or your future home price. The exact amount, the consultant's credentials, and the commercial terms are put in writing and sent to you before you commit to a slot.
