Refund policy

This policy covers refunds for the consultation sessions described in the terms of service. The durations below are standard market-consistent terms; they are proposed pending business confirmation and will be restated to you in writing when your session is booked.

Eligibility

A session fee is refundable in the following situations:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the start time — full refund.
• Cancellation between 24 and 2 hours before the start time — 50% refund; the remainder covers the blocked calendar slot.
• Cancellation within 2 hours of the start time, or no-show — no refund.
• Session cancelled by us — full refund, or a rescheduled session at no extra fee, at your choice.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not a refund. You can shift a confirmed booking to a new date without charge when the request reaches us more than a full day ahead of the original slot. A change inside that window is treated as a cancellation under the terms above, and a fresh booking would be made separately.

Deposits

If a deposit is taken to hold a session slot, the deposit is refundable under the same conditions as the full fee above. No deposit is taken without your written agreement at booking time.

Work already started

If a session has started and you end it early, or if preparatory work was completed and you cancel after the preparation but before the session, the fee is charged in full. The written summary is delivered regardless, provided you did not cancel the session outright under the conditions above.

Non-refundable items

• Bank or payment processing fees deducted from the refund by your payment provider.
• Session fees where the no-show or late-cancellation condition applies.
• Any third-party cost you incurred separately (for example, a document you ordered) — we did not charge it and cannot refund it.

How to request a refund

Send a refund request by email to info@stackrelay-labs.digital, or call +82 2-424-6835 during Seoul business hours. Include the session date, the name the booking was made under, and the reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. The time the amount takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to a further 14 calendar days.

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the original method is no longer available, we contact you to agree an alternative bank transfer to an account in your name.

Exceptions

Where Korean consumer law provides a right that is stronger than this policy, that legal right applies and is not reduced by anything written here. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, write to us and we will review it on the merits.
