This notice describes what personal information StackRelay Savings Planning collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to match the section structure of a Korean 개인정보처리방침 under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA, 개인정보보호법).

Items of personal information processed

We process only the information you choose to enter in the inquiry form on this site:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• The short note you write about your home-purchase planning question;
• A timestamp of when the request was submitted.

We do not collect analytics data, advertising identifiers, or any information from third parties about you. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

Purposes of collection and use

The information above is used for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to set up and run a consultation session. Specifically:

• To reply to your request by email and propose a session time;
• To confirm the session scope and fee in writing before booking;
• To prepare for the session using the context you provided;
• To send you the written session summary and any follow-up you request.

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not send promotional email.

Retention and use periods

We keep inquiry and session records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and in any case no longer than is required to fulfil our obligations under Korean commercial and tax law. As a default:

• Inquiry records that do not lead to a booked session are deleted within 90 days of the last email exchange.
• Records of a booked session, including the written summary, are retained for the duration of the engagement plus one year, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Records needed for tax purposes are retained for the period set by Korean tax law.

You may request earlier deletion of your inquiry record at any time; we will comply unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Your rights as a data subject

Under PIPA you have the right to access, correct, restrict the processing of, and request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email info@stackrelay-labs.digital from the address you used in your inquiry. We verify identity by replying to that same address before making any change.

How your information is stored and transmitted

The inquiry form on this site posts your information as JSON to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). The information is not sent to any third-party service, form backend, or marketing platform. Your consent choice on the cookie banner is stored locally in your own browser under the key stackrelay_consent_v1; it is not transmitted to us.

Cross-border transfer

This site is hosted on a single domain. We do not transfer your personal information outside Korea for processing. If a session is held online, the video tool used is one you and the consultant agree on at booking time; the choice and its data implications are stated to you before the session.

Changes to this notice

If the way we process personal information changes, this page is updated and the revision date below is changed. Material changes are not applied retroactively to information already collected under a previous version.
