StackRelay Savings Planning
We sit down with you, one session at a time, and work through what a home purchase in Seoul actually costs — the deposit, the loan ceiling you can carry, and the monthly savings path that gets you there on a date you can plan for.

One session, one decision at a time
A consultation here is not a sales pitch for a financial product. It is a working session: you bring your income, your current savings, and the kind of home you are aiming for; we bring the structure. Together we walk the numbers, agree on what is realistic for your household, and write down the next step you will take before the next session.
Four moves, every session
Each consultation runs the same four moves, so your affordability picture is never left to guesswork. The first meeting fixes the baseline; the ones after it measure progress against that line.
- Fix the target We agree on the neighbourhood, the unit size, and a price band grounded in public listing data — not a hope.
- Cap the loan We run your household income through the LTV and DSR limits a Korean bank would apply, so the borrowing ceiling is clear before you commit to a unit.
- Draw the path The distance between what you have saved and what you need becomes a monthly figure, a calendar, and a place to hold the money.
- Name the move You walk out with a single next action — an account to open, a paper to fetch, a figure to recheck — and a fixed date for the follow-up.

Who a session fits — and who it does not
A session fits if you have stable income, you are within roughly one to five years of a home purchase in the Seoul area, and you want a written plan rather than a product pitch. It does not fit if you are looking for stock tips, a loan broker, or a same-day approval — we do not arrange loans, sell insurance, or take commission from any product provider.
